The terms used in this Policy have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”).
1. Purposes of Use
We collect and use customers’ personal information for the following purposes (the “Purposes of Use”):

- ⑬To provide support for the establishment and operation of hospitals and clinics
- ⑭To design, develop, manufacture, sell, lease, install and maintain gas engine generators
- ⑮To respond to inquiries and communicate with customers
- ⑯To perform administrative tasks related to shareholder management
- ⑰To pay salaries, submit withholding tax certificates and other required documents to public authorities, and conduct recruitment-related operations
- ⑱To handle personnel affairs, labor management, compliance with labor-related laws and regulations, employee benefits, and other administrative communications concerning employees
- ⑲To provide customers with information on products and services, including real estate and investment products, offered by the Company and our Group companies (as defined in 3.(3)), or trusted third parties, and to conduct other marketing activities
- ⑳To provide personal information to third parties in the manner set forth in this Policy
We may also collect and use customers’ personal information for operations related to the above purposes within our group companies.
2. Provision to Third Parties
- 1)Except as permitted by laws and regulations, we will not provide any personal information we handle to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual concerned.
- 2)Notwithstanding paragraph 1) above, we may provide personal information we handle to third parties in the following cases:

- property management companies (including repair contractors and their subcontractors)
- guarantee companies
- affiliated insurance agencies
- other real estate brokers or financial instruments business operators
- trust service providers, intermediaries, and credit research companies
- financial institutions involved in loans or other financing
- designated distribution organizations
- professionals such as attorneys and judicial scriveners
