My Number Policy

Raysum Co., Ltd. (“we”) has established the following My Number Policy to protect the individual numbers (“My Numbers”) of our business partners, officers, employees, and others. We handle My Numbers appropriately in accordance with this Policy.

1. Compliance with Related Laws, Regulations and Guidelines

We comply with all applicable laws and guidelines concerning the handling of My Numbers and personal information containing My Numbers (“My Numbers, etc.”), including the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (“My Number Act”), the Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Business Operators), and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

2. Purposes of Use

We use My Numbers, etc. for the following purposes:

  1. (1)Business partners’ My Numbers, etc.: To prepare payment records related to real estate transactions, and payment records related to remuneration, fees, contracts, and prize money
  2. (2)Bondholders’ and similar parties’ My Numbers, etc.: To prepare payment records for dividends, surplus distributions, and interest payments
  3. (3)Officers’, employees’, and their dependents’ My Numbers, etc.: To prepare withholding tax certificates and other payment records related to salaries, retirement allowances, and similar payments; to submit notifications regarding health insurance and employees’ pension insurance; to submit notifications regarding employment insurance and workers’ accident compensation insurance; and to submit notifications concerning the third category insured persons under the National Pension System
  4. (4)To carry out administrative procedures prescribed by laws and regulations in addition to the foregoing purposes

3. Security Control Measures

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of My Numbers, etc. and to ensure their proper management, we have separately established My Number Management Regulations, and we comply with these regulations.

4. Ongoing Improvements

We strive to continuously improve our handling of My Numbers, etc.
