This led to the opening of medock Sogo Kenshin Clinic near Meguro Station in Tokyo in May 2021 as a real estate asset that offers general health checkups and specializes in cardiac screening and other cardiovascular testing.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n  <figure class=\"l-photo-column__image\">\n    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raysum.co.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/A7W3838_00-1280x720.jpg\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" alt=\"Meguro Clinic Building reception image photo\">\n      <\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"l-photo-column\">\n  <div class=\"l-photo-column__body\">\n    <h2>We converted a 48-year-old chapel into a prime asset equipped with state-of-the-art medical device.<\/h2>\n    <p>During research into locations for a general health checkup facility, we came across a 48-year-old chapel near Meguro Station. This area has a much lower concentration of full-scale health checkup facilities compared to the corporation rich area around Tokyo Station.
